At Spark the Leader, we believe that all people have a responsibility to continually grow and to use their talents to benefit the world around them.

These seeds of impact rest deep in each of us, begging to get out there and do some good.  We’re here to give you the tools and resources to release that positive impact and help you build your own unique legacy.

While the road to your impact is a gradual, curvy road, it’s absolutely attainable.  We foster a growing library of life experiences of people just like you, some inspirational and some practical, to help you on your journey.

We all have a great story to tell about a lesson we’ve learned along the way or an obstacle we’ve overcome.  It’s time to share that experience with others, and you can do that anonymously or not….your choice!

And in the spirit of giving, once a month, we’ll select one person who has shared with the community, and help that person give $25 to their favorite non-profit!

Here’s a few things to keep in mind:

1. Include as much detail as you can about the experience(s) that led you to your epiphany.  It’ll stick more if people have detail.
2. Keep it constructive.  It’s ok to bring negativity as long as you explain the positive outcome that followed.
3. You’ll find an example at the bottom of this page if you want to see how others have approached it.
